The venue was clean with amazing views and in a great location near the airport, with friendly and excellent staff.

The hotel met requirements, I would definitely stop here again. Enjoyed every detail about my really great 1 night stay here. The location was marvellous, 5 km to Hamburg airport, perfectly reachable.

the location was convenient, not far from airport, hamburg city center and restaurant. plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.

The room was well-appointed with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and breakfast options. - It's only a 5-minute drive to Flughafenmodell.

Incredible location, gorgeous hotel, the staff was well-trained. The room was well-appointed with a magnificent view. Their food was outstanding with a great selection of meals. This was a good stay, reasonable prices.

There were central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV in the room, loved that. The staff members were excellent co-operating and extremely friendly.

This place was cozy and up-to-date, and the restaurant served tasty food. Our room was nicely decorated and had two separate beds, which made our stay even more enjoyable 😊.

Loved my time in Norderstedt, the hotel was comfortable and modern with convenient outlets. the rooms were brand new and modern with comfortable beds and stylish bathrooms. - the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning. - Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Airport Plaza Hotel Hamburg.

Had a great time here! the place was super clean and the rooms were pretty spacious. Loved that they had hypoallergenic pillows. the staff was top-notch - really friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread had lots of healthy options 🥗.

The rooms here are fantastic, they have a really stylish vibe to them. Our room had 2 separate beds 🛏️ which was a nice touch and perfect for our needs.

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a suite with a kitchenette. the cleanliness of the room was impressive and the layout was convenient. We particularly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the variety of TV channels available in different languages. the check-in team was friendly and the waiting area near reception was comfortable, with private areas for groups. we were satisfied with our stay and would consider returning once the construction is completed. Cons: Couldn't fault 👍.
